Senator Menard, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 113 "An Act                                                                        
increasing the compensation of members of the Alaska Public Offices                                                             
Commission; and providing for an effective date" for the State Affairs                                                          
Committee meeting on March 12. Without objection, it was so                                                                     
ordered.
